1. Returns on Closed Items
Due to the nature of our product inventory, we do not accept returns on closed items (sealed parts, electrical components, or products where the seal has been broken).
This policy is in place to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.
2. Eligible Returns
Items may be returned only if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in resalable condition.
A copy of your receipt or order confirmation must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Opened/used items
Installed parts
Clearance or final-sale items
Special-order or custom products
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack the item securely and include the RMA slip.
Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
